She is deeply connected and resourced during her frequent pilgrimages and sojourns to Ireland.
AMBIKA - myofascial therapist
Ambika offers structural bodywork and cranial release for acute and chronic pain and overall balance throughout the system. She has been training and treated in the John Barnes, PT method of myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization for the last four years and has found the technique transformational in her clients bodies and her own. This type of bodywork reduces restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds every organ and muscle in the body, to create and maintain the length-tension of the muscles and keep the organs mobile and healthy.
Ambika has been intensively studying, performing and playing in the movement world for over 35 years. Starting at an early age as a dancer with a professional career, then found her yoga practice and love of teaching it to everyone, and becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant with specialty in manual therapy. She likes to call herself a “Movement Facilitator” and is so happy to be able to help others move as freely in their bodies as possible.

He volunteered with the University of Kansas women’s and men’s track and field team, using his knowledge of treatment work and sports massage. After being in a car accident it was the thing that helped him recover, and it inspired him toward excellence in bodywork. He enjoys designing a massage plan tailored to each individual’s needs.
His primary focus is sports massage. Working with chronic pain, injury, limited range of motion, repetitive stress and over-stressed muscles. He’s also well versed in multiple other massage modalities. He looks forward to working with you in the future.
JONATHAN - massage therapist
Jonathan combines deep tissue and trigger point massage with joint mobilization taken from Thai Yoga bodywork to guide the body and mind to release tension and become more expansive. He integrates conscious relaxation techniques taken from Tai Chi and meditation to harmonize and calm the nervous system, and loves to teach his clients exercises they can take home to keep building on the progress achieved in their session.
Jonathan believes that any of our self-induced suffering stems from tension in our mind and body, created by a sort of “clinging” to our likes and dislikes. Using this awareness we can seek to “let go” of or “drop” these attachments, allowing our being to free itself from whatever obstructs our good health and happiness.
When not massaging, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, reading, practicing martial arts, and playing board games with his friends.
